AMSI Vehicle Licensing has been a trusted member of the Skagit County business community since 2000. We are a privately owned business (sub-agent) that provides all authorized vehicle and vessel licensing services on behalf of the Skagit County Auditors and the State of Washington Department of Licensing. Our goal is to provide our customers with the very best in customer service by assisting them in handling all of their licensing needs accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner. We have agents who are able to speak English and Spanish.

Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm  

All Title work stops at 4:30pm.

At 4:30 you will be handed an number and helped with your title.
We are Closed Saturday, Sunday and all major State Holidays 

All fees are set by the State of Washington. 
Statewide service fees charged by all DOL, County Auditors and Subagents are: 

• Title Service Fee $15 
• Registration Service Fee $8
